PERSONAL Ministry Team

This teams mission is to pray for individuals with a variety of needs including salvation, baptism in the Holy Spirit, healing, deliverance and personal burdens and concerns. Special training provided by Prayer Shield ministries is required to be part of this team (James 5:16)

  • As part of the Personal Ministry Team you will have various options to serve:

    • Altar ministry after each service

    • Inner Healing Ministry

    • Deliverance Ministry

    • Altar Ministry during Holy Spirit encounter weekends

    • Intensive Prayer ministry (personal prayer ministry to individuals at the church by appointment during the week)

    • Prayer Emergencies

  • Participation in the Personal Ministry teams has some additional requirements from those of the other the Prayer Shield teams:

    There is a formal selection process for each team. While any Prayer Shield member can “volunteer” for these teams, people are selected for these teams based on the leadership’s assessment of their gifts, calling and demonstrated capabilities.

    There is specialized training for Personal Ministry Team.

  • We need people who are willing to be trained to serve on the Altar Team, Prophetic team, and Deliverance ministry teams.
