These appointments are for regular attendees of BP Church, and you must have pre-registered by putting your name on the waiting list.

DATES: JULY 23-27, 2024

Instructions:

1. Please read all instructions carefully.  This will help us complete your will in a timely manner.

2. There are two facilitators, so we now have two schedules from which to choose (Murray and Ron). You book with one of them. BOTH SCHEDULES ARE BELOW.

3. Please complete the fill-in forms in advance (personal information, assets, etc.). Here is a PDF version.

4. If you are married, your spouse MUST be present.

5. If you are separated from your spouse, you MUST be legally divorced or legally separate for your will to be completed.

6. Obtain permission from executors, power of attorneys, and guardians BEFORE the appointment.

7. Due to time constraints, your appointment will be canceled if you are more than 10 minutes late.

8. If possible, arrange childcare for minor children.

9. If you cannot make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Many others at BP could benefit from this service.

10. Your appointment should take approximately 1h 15 min.
